Decluttering

We’ll focus on systematically going through your belongings and releasing what no longer serves you and your life.

We work room-by-room, at a pace that feels comfortable, so decisions are not overwhelming or pressured.

During this phase, we also take a closer look at the patterns behind the clutter so we can prevent it from returning, setting you up for long-term success.

What’s included:

  • Hands-on support sorting and decision-making

  • Light cleaning to leave you with a space that is reset and refreshed

  • Clear categories and zones for the items you’re keeping, putting everything back in an orderly fashion with basic systems

  • Removal of donations and trash at the end of each session

Organizing

During the organizing phase, we focus on setting up simple, intuitive systems that are tailored to your habits and routines, so your space works with and for you every day, and is easy for you to maintain.

Before our session, we will discuss whether organizing products would be helpful and take any necessary measurements. In many cases, we can work with what you already have.

If products are desired, I can purchase them for you at cost with a small shopping fee, or provide a curated list for easy online ordering.

What’s included:

  • Simple, intuitive systems will be set up based on how you live and naturally use your space

  • Fine-tuning of placements so everything you use regularly is easy to access and put back

  • A setup that feels supportive, calm, and realistic for you to maintain

Maintenance

I’ll visit you on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis to help you keep your home tidy, functional, and stress-free.

Tailored support is also available to anyone who needs a little extra help to manage their home, such as seniors, and those living with ADHD, physical limitations or mobility challenges.

Maintenance sessions are fully customized to your needs and may include:

  • Cleaning, resets & home upkeep

  • Adjusting systems

  • Help managing paperwork, personal scheduling, and bills

  • Running errands

  • Meal planning and preparation

FAQ

A typical session is 3 hours. This allows us to focus our energy productively without overwhelm or decision-fatigue. I also offer a 6-hour session for clients who would like to accomplish more in a single session, or prefer a more done-for-you approach.

Depending on the level of clutter and how quickly decisions are made, a single 3-hour session is often enough to work through one room or a few smaller areas.

Not at all. Some clients prefer to work collaboratively, while others prefer a done-for-you approach. I will require your input on what stays and what goes, and will have questions with regards to your habits and routines. Beyond that, you’re welcome to be involved as much or as little as you’d like.

Never. I will guide you through the decision-making process and in letting go, but what stays and what goes is entirely up to you. If something has value to you, we’ll make space for it.

This depends on the size of your space, the amount of items to go through, and your goals. Most of my clients see meaningful improvement after a single session.

I’ll take a carload of your unwanted items and any trash with me at the end of our session to be donated and discarded. I partner with a variety of charitable organizations and resellers to give your items new life.

Not at all. In fact, seeing your space as is allows me to better understand your natural habits and patterns. This is important in designing systems that feel natural to you.

The total cost varies depending on how many sessions are needed or desired.
